Miss Teresa
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, a second major in Spanish, as well as a Masters of Arts in Spanish. While working on my graduate degree, I participated in service and cultural exchange programs to Jamaica and Costa Rica. I have taught Spanish language and literature classes at Peace College for 10 years, and while there, traveled with student groups to Mexico and Spain. I have taught at IPR since 2011.
I was born in Puerto Rico and raised near Charleston, South Carolina. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends. I practice martial arts and teach Spanish as an adjunct at a community college. I am so proud to help IPR kids learn to read and to help them develop the fundamentals for their analytical skills.
